DESIGN INSPIRATION

The original pattern of this lampas design, Melograno, can almost certainly be traced to Moghul, India, however, fabric creators of the XVIII century have rendered it more European based on its aesthetic. From ancient times, pomegranates have symbolized wealth and prosperity in the Roman world. Melograno features a plethora of ripe pomegranates and branches full of various blooming flowers, showcasing an overall meandering design that creates romance and whimsy. Enjoy the fresh colorways of this bestselling Colony design, and soak up its beauty! Pairs with Melograno Unito. Melograno - Vinyl and Melograno Unito - Vinyl wallcoverings are also available.
