Third Floor Return and Exchange Policy

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 631-467-8800 and a representative will be glad to assist you.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). A 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. **

** Accessories are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Merchandise will not be accepted for return once item has been cut.

To return an item, please follow the steps below:
1) Carefully repackage the merchandise and write our return address on the outside of your package. Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D., and original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

2) Return the package to us via UPS or insured parcel post. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise.
